Self Control 2: Becoming Comfortable With Discomfort

Emotions come and go and do not last. But as we grow we realize that reacting quickly and impulsively can lead to unhealthy decisions. Becoming comfortable with discomfort can help us make decisions as to what is good for you and what is not. It helps you find friends who closely line up with your beliefs and values. You don’t have to choose to be uncomfortable, but learning to determine when to sit with discomfort and when it should be let go, is learning wisdom.
