Self Control Part 1: Say Good-bye to Impulsivity

Today we are going to explore the different ways we can recognize when we are triggered, and how to manage our triggers by using self control. When we begin to recognize signs of impulsivity inside of us, we can manage our reactions. All emotions are good, it’s just what we do when we are having big emotions that can harm ourselves or others. We can exercise our ignoring muscles to get stronger everyday.
